Elf Misidentifies Santa

The claims of Santa being found in Sector 5 have turned out to be false. An embarrassed Elf Agent X and an angry Elf Harriet have returned to the North Pole after failing to validate the claim that Santa had been found.

“He just wasn’t Santa,” Elf Agent X reported to North Pole Flight Command. “I know Santa. He’s my boss. He’s my friend. And this man was not Santa. Our elf there who thought he was Santa has apologized to the man we detained. This won’t happen again.”

Santa has been on walkabout since March. Since that time a worldwide search for Santa has been engaged as a training exercise for elves. Santa is doing his best to elude capture while elves of all kinds from the North Pole and around the world have been encouraged to find him.

Late this week a report came in from an elf-in-the-field claiming that he had found Santa. Elf Agent X, head of North Pole Security, and Elf Harriet, the supervisor of the elf who made the report, left the North Pole to validate the claim. They were unable to do so.

Thank you for sharing, Elf Harold. Oh, he was not Santa! Poor Elf BJ, but I understand about him because I also sent a picture of a man I thought was Santa once, unfortunately. Mr. Burgason(?) is very kind, and I’m thankful for him to understand Elf BJ. So, he was not Santa, but was it possible Santa would have been in a different place in Sector 5 then? I hope they will not detain someone next time.
Thank you for the update, Elf Frank and Crash!
